The flat spell continues this morning in San Diego. Knee high close out sets were the best the ocean was serving up. The waves a little way up north at Tourmaline were looking a bit more well formed but not enough for me to paddle up there. The NOAA forecast is predicting a rapidly increasing swell for tomorrow.
